Loeb & Loeb partner Marcus Owens was quoted in a Yahoo News article exposing the NRA’s unreported political expenditures. Owens addresses the NRA’s obligation as a tax-exempt organization to report such expenditures, which would be taxable according to Internal Revenue Code (IRC) section 527(f).
