Loeb & Loeb Advises Fremantle Media in Deal with The Immigrant

Loeb & Loeb represented international television content and production/distribution company Fremantle Media in its investment in The Immigrant, a female led, scripted production company. The deal was brokered by ACF Investment Bank and included an investment by BRON Ventures, the venture arm of BRON Media Corp. This deal provides The Immigrant with international reach through Fremantle's strong network of creative outlets around the world. The Immigrant will continue to focus on Spanish and English speaking scripted productions with a focus on Latin American content.
