Defended Leading Title Insurer in Bad Faith Action

Obtained a defense verdict for a leading title insurer following a two-month jury trial in which the plaintiff claimed breach of policy, bad faith and fraudulent concealment and sought more than $100 million in compensatory and punitive damages. At issue was coverage of an easement that the plaintiffs claimed was invalid.
