Janice Han

Janice Han maintains a diverse transactional practice focusing on banking and finance, funds and asset management, and general corporate matters. She represents banks and other financial institutions in both the commercial lending and private banking areas, as well as borrowers in connection with domestic and cross-border financing transactions. Janice regularly advises clients on the structuring, documentation and negotiation of fund financings, asset-based financings, acquisition financings, secured and unsecured loans, syndicated and bilateral credit facilities and other forms of debt financings.

Janice’s fund finance practice includes representing lenders on subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid facilities, management fee lines and co-investment facilities for private equity funds, credit funds, real estate funds and other investment funds.

In addition, Janice has experience advising on financings secured by a range of assets, including diversified marketable securities, private equity and hedge fund interests, aircraft and art collections. 

Outside of work, Janice enjoys writing short stories, reading poems, cooking Korean food and listening to classical music.
