Spencer Emanuel is an associate in the Real Estate Investments & Transactions department. Spencer has experience representing developers, private equity funds and financial institutions in a range of complex debt and equity investments—including asset purchases, loan originations, mezzanine loans, loan pledges, restructurings and deed-in-lieu transactions—involving hotel, office and retail properties and portfolios.
