Loeb Partner Raymond Sanseverino Named in “Trailblazers in Real Estate” List by City & State New York for 2026

Loeb & Loeb is proud to share that, for the second consecutive year, Raymond Sanseverino, chair of the firm’s Real Estate department, has been selected for inclusion in City & State New York's “Trailblazers in Real Estate” list for 2026. This annual list spotlights the key players shaping New York’s real estate landscape, recognizing the developers, lawyers, policymakers and industry leaders whose work is helping address the city’s evolving housing needs while driving the market forward.

In the accompanying profile, Raymond is lauded for bringing a dual perspective to complex lease negotiations, representing both prominent landlords and tenants in high-profile transactions that influence where and how businesses establish their presence across New York City. Some of his recent representations include negotiating Fanatics’ 214,000-square-foot lease expansion in the West Village, as well as advising Brookfield Properties in connection with its 460,000-square-foot lease to Moody’s Corporation, which placed as the sixth-largest office lease in New York City in 2025.

This latest honor adds to a long track record of industry recognition for Raymond, who has been repeatedly ranked among the nation’s leading real estate lawyers by Chambers USA, The Legal 500 and The Best Lawyers in America.
