Loeb & Loeb represented Fanatics, a global sports platform and leading provider of licensed sports merchandise, in connection with its 214,000-square-foot lease expansion at 95 Morton Street in New York City’s West Village.
Fanatics will expand its existing lease to occupy the entire eight-story, 214,000-square-foot office building, becoming the property’s sole tenant. The company has leased approximately half of the building since 2022. The expanded lease is scheduled to take effect in the fourth quarter of 2027 and will run through 2038.
