Loeb Represents RFR in Four New or Renewed Leases in Manhattan’s Financial District

Loeb & Loeb represented RFR, a Manhattan-based real estate investment and management company, in four new or renewed full-floor office leases, totaling approximately 56,586 square feet, at 17 State Street in Manhattan’s Financial District.

The transactions include a new 10-year, 13,757-square-foot lease with legal practice The Cochran Firm, which will establish its new flagship office in the building. Additional leases were signed with Bright Power, a provider of sustainable energy and water management solutions, for approximately 14,900 square feet; law firm Shaub, Ahmuty, Citrin & Spratt for approximately 14,172 square feet; and Mashreq Bank, which renewed and expanded its presence with a new 10-year, 13,757-square-foot lease.
