The deal ranks as the sixth largest office lease in New York City for 2025.
Moody’s will relocate its headquarters from 7 World Trade Center to 200 Liberty Street in 2027. Brookfield Place is recognized as one of the world’s premier office destinations, offering top-tier amenities and a prime location.
