Loeb Represents Brookfield Properties in Lease to Moody’s in Lower Manhattan

Loeb & Loeb represented Brookfield Properties, a leading real estate asset manager, in connection with a 460,000-square-foot lease with Moody’s Corporation, a global financial analytics firm, at 200 Liberty Street in Brookfield Place in Lower Manhattan. The deal ranks as the sixth largest office lease in New York City for 2025.

Moody’s will relocate its headquarters from 7 World Trade Center to 200 Liberty Street in 2027. Brookfield Place is recognized as one of the world’s premier office destinations, offering top-tier amenities and a prime location.
