Loeb Represents Landlord RFR Holding in Two Leases at 477 Madison Avenue

Loeb & Loeb represented RFR Holding, a Manhattan-based real estate investment and management company, in two new leases at 477 Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan with NewEdge Wealth, a wealth management firm, and Bank of Hope, a California-based bank serving the Korean-American community.

NewEdge Wealth has leased the entire ninth floor, while Bank of Hope has signed on for additional space as it establishes its New York presence. Together, the leases total approximately 26,000 square feet in the 23-story tower.

Located just three blocks from Grand Central Terminal’s North Entrance, 477 Madison offers a highly accessible and amenity-rich environment for tenants.

Loeb Real Estate partner Peter Strauss handled both transactions on behalf of RFR.
