Loeb & Loeb Announces Arrival of Tax Partner Natan Leyva in DC

Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce the arrival of Natan Leyva to the firm’s Washington, DC office, underscoring the firm’s continued strategic investment in its tax, corporate and capital markets capabilities.

A trusted advisor to multinational corporate groups, borrowers and lenders, Leyva has a proven track record of navigating intricate tax structures and regulatory considerations in high-stakes transactions.

“Natan excels at helping companies navigate the complex tax aspects of both domestic and cross-border transactions,” said Lloyd Rothenberg, co-chair of Loeb’s Capital Markets & Corporate department. “His arrival supports our firm’s continued growth and deepens our bench on the transactional side.”

Leyva advises on domestic and international matters, including M&A, financing and capital markets transactions, with deep experience in U.S. federal tax rules governing international and cross-border deals. He counsels clients on multinational restructurings, repatriation planning, intellectual property transfers and the use of partnerships in global tax structures, as well as complex issues like anti-deferral regimes and tax treaties.

Leyva earned his J.D. from Yale Law School, and his A.B. from Harvard University. He joins from Vinson & Elkins.
