Loeb & Loeb Guides Academy of Country Music in Multi-Year Renewal with Amazon Prime Video

Loeb & Loeb represented the Academy of Country Music (ACM), the premier association for the country music industry, in securing a multi-year renewal with Amazon Prime Video, which will remain the exclusive home for livestreaming the ACM Awards for the next three years.

In collaboration with ACM and Dick Clark Productions, the ACM Awards will return to Prime Video through 2028. Established in 1966, the ACM Awards is the longest-running country music awards show and, in 2022, became the first major awards ceremony to exclusively livestream on Prime Video. Since then, the show has been hosted by icons including Dolly Parton, Garth Brooks and Reba McEntire; featured high-profile collaborations such as Ed Sheeran with Luke Combs, Dua Lipa with Chris Stapleton and Rascal Flatts with Backstreet Boys; and became the first country music awards show to earn an Emmy nomination.

Loeb Entertainment partner Scott Zolke represented ACM in negotiating all aspects of the renewal agreement with Prime Video.

The transaction received coverage from Billboard, Deadline, Variety, MusicRow and other leading industry outlets. More information can be obtained from ACM's announcement.
