Partner Melanie Howard Recognized in Managing IP’s 2025 “Top 250 Women in IP” List

Loeb & Loeb is proud to announce that Melanie Howard, chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Protection and Luxury Brands practices and co-chair of the Advanced Media & Technology department, has been honored in Managing IP's 2025 "Top 250 Women in IP" list for the fourth consecutive year. The special annual publication recognizes leading senior female IP practitioners in private practice who "have performed exceptionally for their clients and firms in the past year." This year’s list features women from more than 50 jurisdictions across the world.

Melanie Howard leads a practice dedicated to the acquisition, protection, licensing, commercialization and sale of intangible assets, advising major global brands and individual talent on maximizing the value of their intellectual property. She counsels clients across a range of industries—including entertainment, retail, luxury brands, beauty, technology, media and esports—on strategic brand protection and intellectual property matters in connection with high-stakes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other complex commercial transactions. She is a trusted advisor on licensing, influencer partnerships, sponsorships, and endorsement deals. Melanie also brings extensive experience in handling copyright and trademark infringement disputes, false advertising matters, right of publicity issues and entertainment-related contractual disputes.
