Loeb Represents the Underwriters in Columbus Circle Capital Corp. I’s $250 Million Initial Public Offering

Loeb & Loeb represented Cohen & Company, a division of J.V.B. Financial Group, LLC, as the underwriters in connection with the $250 million initial public offering of Columbus Circle Capital Corp. I, a newly organized blank-check company.

The offering consisted of 25,000,000 units, which included 3,000,000 units issued pursuant to the partial exercise by the underwriters of their over-allotment option. The offering was priced at $10.00 per unit, resulting in gross proceeds of $250 million. The company’s units began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on May 16, 2025, under the ticker symbol “CCCMU,” and closed on May 19.
