Loeb Successfully Defends Daughter of Que Sera Sera Songwriter Jay Livingston in Royalties Lawsuit

Loeb & Loeb successfully defended Travilyn Livingston, the daughter of the late Jay Livingston, and her publishing company, Jay Livingston Music, Inc., in a lawsuit brought by her daughter Tammy Livingston centered around splitting the royalties of Jay Livingston, part of the renowned songwriting duo behind "Que Sera, Sera," who passed away in 2001.

A federal judge in Tennessee dismissed Tammy's case, suggesting she should have accepted the previous decision from a 2003 case addressing the same matter.

The Loeb team that defended Travilyn Livingston included Litigation partner Tim Warnock and associate Keane Barger.
