Loeb & Loeb Pilots Tech-Focused SPAC's $100 Million Upsized IPO

Mitch Nussbaum, co-chair of Loeb & Loeb’s Capital Markets & Corporate department, and Capital Markets & Corporate partner Giovanni Caruso are mentioned in a Law360 article for representing Yotta Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) targeting a number of technology industries, in its IPO, which priced on the Nasdaq on April 20. The company offered 10 million units at $10 per unit after increasing its IPO size from 6 million units.

According to the company's amended registration statement with the U.S. SEC, Yotta Acquisition intends to search for a merger partner in the high technology, blockchain, software and hardware, e-commerce, social media and other industries.
