Loeb Capital Markets & Corporate partners  Mitch Nussbaum and Giovanni Caruso are highlighted in The American Lawyer’s weekly roundup of deals for advising Roth CH Acquisition V, a blank-check company aiming for a merger within the consumer, technology, health care, business services and wellness or sustainability industries, in its forthcoming $100 million IPO. The company filed with the SEC on November 9, 2021, and applied to list its shares on Nasdaq.
