Blockchain Moon Acquisition Prepares for IPO

Loeb Capital Markets & Corporate partners Mitch Nussbaum and Giovanni Caruso are highlighted in The Recorder for advising blank-check company Blockchain Moon Acquisition in its forthcoming $100 million IPO. The SPAC, which filed with the SEC on September 24, 2021, plans to list its shares on Nasdaq and pursue a merger in the blockchain technology sector.
