Buffalo Bills Stadium Negotiations May Progress After In-Person Meeting

Loeb & Loeb Entertainment partner Scott Zolke is highlighted in The Athletic for representing Pegula Sports and Entertainment (PSE) in its ongoing negotiation with New York State and Erie County regarding PSE’s proposed $1.4 billion new stadium that would be built in Orchard Park, New York.

According to the article, PSE said that the current 49-year-old Highmark Stadium needs too much work to remain safe for attendees, and proposed the new stadium in Orchard Park instead. The state has yet to make a counteroffer, but the in-person meeting suggests that progress may soon be made on negotiations. The current lease expires on July 31, 2023, and sources state that PSE will not sign an extension for Highmark without a deal for the new stadium being solidified.
