Veteran Intellectual Property and Brand Protection Lawyer Jorge Arciniega Joins Loeb & Loeb’s Los Angeles Office

Loeb & Loeb LLP announced today that Jorge Arciniega joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as a partner in the Advanced Media & Technology department. His practice focuses on complex trademark and copyright matters, including the creation, clearance, registration and enforcement of global intellectual property portfolios, and licensing, cobranding, sponsorship and endorsement agreements. Relatedly, Arciniega also counsels on advertising, marketing and promotions matters; internet commerce; right of publicity; and privacy and defamation issues.

With more than 30 years of experience guiding clients in global trademark portfolio management, Arciniega has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including entertainment and media, technology, retail, hospitality, health care, and financial services.

Arciniega was previously with McDermott Will & Emery LLP for nearly 20 years. He earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and B.A. from UCLA.
