Loeb & Loeb Expands Corporate Presence With Addition of Terrence Allen

Loeb & Loeb LLP announced today that Terrence Allen, a seasoned corporate mergers and acquisitions attorney, has joined the firm as a partner in the Capital Markets and Corporate Group. Allen has more than twenty-five years of experience representing public and private companies, as well as private equity funds and leading entrepreneurs, in transactions across a host of industries.

“Terry is a high-caliber M&A and corporate transactional attorney who commands great respect in the California market,” said Arash Khalili, co-chair of the Capital Markets and Corporate Group at Loeb. “He’s a testament to the caliber of attorney Loeb seeks, and his talent for getting the most complex deals across the finish line makes him an impressive addition the group. We are excited to welcome him.”

Allen’s breadth and depth of experience on complex matters is significant and diverse. He has represented major corporate and investor clients in some of their most significant and complex transactions and dozens of leading entrepreneurs in high-profile sale-of-business transactions throughout California and the U.S.

“I have known and respected attorneys at Loeb for a very long time,” said Allen. “With the firm’s robust capabilities in M&A, capital markets, finance, tax, and real estate, as well as its preeminent trust and estates practice, the Loeb platform is ideally suited to help me serve my clients across the full range of their transactional and other matters.”

Allen joins Loeb from Akin Gump, where he was a member of their Corporate Group. He received his B.A. in Journalism, B.S. in Business Administration and J.D. from the University of Southern California.
