Loeb & Loeb LLP represented Camino del Avion, the company that operates MagnifyMoney.com, in its sale to LendingTree (NASDAQ: TREE), for a total purchase consideration of $39.5 million. The total consideration consists of $29.5 million in cash at closing, and contingent consideration payments of up to $10 million.
