NEW YORK– Loeb & Loeb LLP partner and Real Estate Department Chair Raymond Sanseverino represented client Coty Inc. in a lease transaction for approximately 120,000 square feet of expansion space at the Empire State Building, located at 350 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. The lease expands Coty’s total occupancy in the building to 320,000 square feet on six floors.
This is the third component of a long-term plan to bring all of the global fragrance company’s operations under one roof. Loeb & Loeb’s team has been working with Coty for five years to execute the strategic occupancy plan, first negotiating an 88,000 square-foot lease at the Empire State Building in 2008, then representing Coty in the lease of an additional 101,700 square feet of contiguous space at the building last year. With this latest lease, the company will occupy floors 14 to 19.
With a national team of attorneys and professionals, Loeb & Loeb LLP's Real Estate Department provides a broad range of sophisticated legal and counseling services.
