NEW YORK – Loeb & Loeb LLP partner Kenneth W. Sold and associate Nichole D. Cortese represented client Trinity Real Estate in a lease transaction with global advertising and media group Havas for approximately 260,000 square feet in the Hudson Square area in Manhattan.
Havas will be consolidating its New York-based advertising and media agencies from multiple locations to Trinity’s buildings at 200 and 205 Hudson Street. The new premises will include office and meeting space, as well as in-house production facilities. As part of the transaction, Havas will also be leasing an exclusive rooftop terrace at 12-16 Vestry Street, adjacent to its premises at 200 Hudson Street, as well as storage space at One Hudson Square.
