Loeb & Loeb Honored by China Business Law Journal for 2011 Private Equity Deal of the Year

Loeb & Loeb LLP was recognized by China Business Law Journal in one of the four winning Private Equity Deals of the Year for the firm’s representation of Yongye International, Inc., a leading China-based nutrient company, in the $50 million investment by Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia in Yongye Series A Convertible Preferred Stock. The transaction was led by Mitchell S. Nussbaum, Chair of Loeb & Loeb's Capital Markets and Asia Practices, along with partner Norwood P. Beveridge.
