US District Court of Northern Illinois Favors Firm Client Comcast in Lawsuit

Loeb & Loeb announced today that the US District Court of Northern Illinois recently entered judgment in favor of our client Comcast Corporation and dismissed all claims by e360Insight, LLC, a bulk email marketing company often accused of spamming. The Court agreed with Comcast that it was immune from legal challenge for filtering emails sent by e360Insight to the internet service provider's customers. This decision is an important precedent affirming the legal protection afforded to ISP's who struggle to avoid liability while managing their networks.
