Ray Sanseverino, Chair of Loeb & Loeb's Commercial Real Estate Leasing Group Represented Aon Corporation, One of Manhattan's Major Tenants, in Completing Largest Downtown Deal This Year

Ray Sanseverino, chair of Loeb & Loeb's Commercial Real Estate Leasing Group, represented Aon Corporation as sublessee for 221,000 rentable square feet of office space at 199 Water Street, New York, New York, making it the largest deal done to date in Downtown Manhattan. Ray also negotiated a direct lease extension at the same time with the Resnick Organization, owner of the Building, to make the sublease space contiguous with Aon's existing direct lease space of 166,000 rentable square feet in the Building. Aon is one of Manhattan's major tenants.
