Loeb & Loeb LLP Announces Changes in Practice Group Leadership

Los Angeles and New York – Loeb & Loeb LLP announced changes in practice leadership positions today. Thomas N. Lawson has been named Los Angeles Chair of the firm’s Tax Department and Mitchell S. Nussbaum will Chair the Securities Group. Lawson is a partner resident in the Los Angeles office.  Nussbaum is a partner resident in the New York office.

Thomas N. Lawson has been an active tax law practitioner for over 28 years. His practice focuses on the representation of individuals and their businesses in connection with income and wealth transfer tax planning. He also does sophisticated tax planning for business transactions.

Loeb & Loeb’s Securities Group counsels clients on purchases and sales of equity and debt securities in negotiated transactions, Rule 144A transactions and registered public offerings, as well as advising on venture capital financings and complex cross-border financings. Mitchell S.
