The Real Estate Department of Loeb & Loeb LLP announced that it closed the sale of a 2,215-unit apartment portfolio on October 28, 2005, for $96,500,000 to CNC Investments Ltd. L.L.P. and its syndicated partners. The portfolio includes nine properties located in Ohio and one property located in Pennsylvania.
