2020 Election Considerations – COVID-19 Remains Center Stage

Loeb & Loeb LLP is proud to present a webinar titled “2020 Election Considerations – COVID-19 Remains Center Stage”. This webinar was presented live on October 13, and can be viewed on-demand below.

About the event:
2020 has been an unprecedented year in many ways. As the U.S. presidential election nears, we know there is still at least one more big “first” to come. Holding a presidential election in the midst of this pandemic means a variety of special considerations—from the tactical to the strategic.

Gov. Gray Davis (Ret.) will discuss the ways COVID-19 is shaping the 2020 presidential election, including:

-Strategic changes in the ways candidates campaign and fundraise
-New timing and process considerations around the way we vote
-Big-picture considerations and how they factor in (e.g., economic stability, vaccine status and timing)
-Silver linings, such as the global cooperation we’re seeing among countries in the race for a vaccine, and how these might impact the election

Governor Davis, one of our own lawyers, will give a unique perspective on, and context to, these considerations. He also will allow plenty of time for live questions from the audience. And as we get closer to the event date, we will be soliciting questions in advance, as we would like to make this as tailored and useful to you as possible.
