About the event:
The Chicago Metropolitan Battered Women’s Network (the Network) is dedicated to helping victims find lives free of violence. For over 30 years, our staff and volunteers have worked tirelessly to end our society’s tolerance of domestic violence through our mission to serve as a collaborative membership organization dedicated to improving the lives of those impacted by domestic violence through education, public policy and advocacy, and our statewide 24-hour hotline which connects victims to direct service providers.
Our annual benefit, Chicago Chefs Spring Into Action, is our single largest fundraiser, providing critical resources to advance our mission. Last year’s event attracted 350 prominent Chicagoans who enjoyed delicious tastings from acclaimed Chicago chefs and mixologists.
