Los Angeles County Bar Association and ULI LA Event

Loeb & Loeb LLP is proud to announce that Senior Counsel Elizabeth Camacho will be speaking on a panel titled "Measure JJJ One Year Later - Promises Kept?" at the upcoming Los Angeles County Bar Association and ULI LA Event on November 8, 2017.

From the event website:
The Measure imposed new labor and affordable housing requirements on new development projects that receive certain planning entitlements – namely, general plan amendments or zone changes.  Separately, Measure JJJ also created a housing incentive program, termed the “Transit Oriented Communities Affordable Housing Incentive Program,” which provides development incentives for residential and mixed-use projects located within a half-mile of a major transit stop, so long as the project reserves a certain percentage of its units as affordable to low income households.
