ACI's Summit on Merger & Acquisition Litigation

Loeb & Loeb LLP is pleased to announce that partner Allan B. Duboff will be speaking at a pre-conference workshop at ACI's Summit on Merger & Acquisition Litigation titled, "M&A Transactions 101: Dissecting the Fundamentals for Litigators."

From the conference website:

According to a Cornerstone Research study, shareholders challenged 93% of M&A deals valued over $100 million and 96% of transactions valued over $500 million – ensure you are mitigating your litigation risks and avoiding a potential nightmare. With a growing number of mergers and acquisitions taking place, there is an increasing willingness to litigate issues – everything from a buyer not fulfilling its obligations to the seller, to the Board’s breach of fiduciary duty toward shareholders. With this very uncertain and expensive litigation, ACI’s Summit on M&A Litigation will provide an in-depth look at how practitioners are meeting these challenges, discuss the favorability of different jurisdictions for each party, and give a comprehensive litigation toolkit that practitioners can immediately bring back to the office.
