As entertainment and advertising companies look for more ways to exploit content over multiple mediums, existing content is being reconfigured and new content is being created specifically for the internet and mobile devices. As a result, it is important for creative and business executives and attorneys to be able to apply the guilds' New Media Agreements to real world scenarios. A panel of entertainment and advertising attorneys with guild and union expertise will provide an overview of the guilds' New Media Agreements (AFTRA, SAG, DGA and WGA) as well as application of the agreements to real world scenarios.
