Represented Rego Park Office Tower, LLC (an affiliate of Mother Cabrini Health Foundation), as landlord, in a lease amendment, expansion and extension of approximately 15 years to Long Island Jewish Medical Center (a subsidiary of Northwell Health), covering more than 140,000 square feet of medical office space at 95-25 Queens Boulevard, Rego Park, New York.
