Represented MSP Sports Capital in connection with its acquisition of X Games

Represented MSP Sports Capital (MSP), a New York-based private equity firm, in connection with its acquisition of a majority interest from ESPN Productions Inc., a subsidiary of ESPN, Inc. (ESPN), in X Games, and the negotiations of the media rights agreement between MSP and ESPN concerning continuation of X-Games telecasts on the ESPN family of networks.
