Represented Los Angeles County in Connection with a Multi-Year License of 34 Acres Known as the 69 Bravo Helistop

Representation of Los Angeles County in connection with a multiyear license for 69 Bravo Helistop, which is approximately 34 acres in the Santa Monica Mountains from Simon T that provides the County with critical emergency firefighting and air ambulance services in a particularly dry portion of the fire-prone Santa Monica Mountains.

69 Bravo serves as a remote base for water-dropping helicopters to replenish water tanks from four 6,000 gallon water reservoirs (known as “pumpkins”) and, in addition, provides a 10,000 gallon water tank that feeds nine fire hydrants as well as other advanced audio/video monitoring equipment.  A crucial resource for the Los Angeles County Fire Department, 69 Bravo helps protect the Santa Monica Mountains, Topanga Canyon, Malibu, and surrounding communities from wildfires.
