Lease for Google for Office Complex in Cambridge, MA

Represented Google Inc., as tenant, in connection with (i) the expansion, extension and restatement of its leases in two buildings in the complex known as Cambridge Center in Cambridge, Massachusetts, (ii) the negotiation of a new lease in one of the other buildings in such complex, and (iii) an agreement for the construction of new buildings connecting the existing buildings in order to create a campus setting, for office space aggregating approximately 300,000 square feet.
