Creation and Entitlement of Master Plan for Claremont McKenna College

Represented Claremont McKenna College (CMC) in the creation and entitlement of a master plan to expand the 69-acre campus located in Claremont, California, to 110 acres and to add nearly one million square feet of improvements. We counseled CMC in connection with the development agreement, general plan amendment, zoning amendment and conditional use permit for the project, and we coordinated the environmental impact review process to obtain clearance under the California Environmental Quality Act.
