Danielle Quinn maintains a diverse litigation practice representing financial institutions, public and private companies, and other clients in complex litigation in state and federal courts. Danielle also counsels clients on antitrust matters, including during investigations and litigations before the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Department of Justice.

Prior to joining the firm, Danielle served as senior trial counsel for the Bureau of Competition at the FTC, focusing on antitrust investigations and litigation. She investigated market-leading companies, advised FTC commissioners and FTC staff management on litigation strategy and risks, and led trial teams on monopoly and multibillion-dollar merger enforcement matters. Danielle has experience in all phases of investigations and litigation, from conducting nonparty witness interviews to cross-examining witnesses at trial.

Danielle also has significant experience in private practice, representing companies in all stages of complex commercial litigations and arbitrations.
