Chris McAlister maintains a broad transactional practice, focusing primarily on the representation of financial institutions in secured and unsecured lending and finance transactions, including securities-based lending, asset-based lending, derivatives, private equity and hedge fund transactions. Chris also has experience representing companies, SPACs and private equity firms on matters related to SEC disclosure obligations, stock market listing and compliance requirements, mergers and acquisitions, private placements and public offerings, including SPAC IPOs.
