As Loeb & Loeb’s Chief Legal Talent Officer, Paul Giangola leads the firm’s recruiting, professional development and legal personnel functions, ensuring that the firm continues to attract, develop and retain exceptional legal talent. He oversees associate and senior counsel recruiting, attorney onboarding, performance management, mentoring and training programs, as well as firmwide professional development initiatives that promote engagement and growth across all levels. Paul also partners closely with firm leadership and department and practice chairs to identify and address talent needs, align career development opportunities with firm objectives, and maintain a culture that values collaboration, inclusion and excellence.
Since joining Loeb, Paul has built a full-scale, comprehensive talent infrastructure that encompasses attorney recruiting, onboarding, training, mentoring and performance management, creating an integrated program that supports every stage of professional growth and development. Before joining the firm, he held legal recruiting, professional development and human resources leadership roles at several Am Law 100 firms, building on his early career in legal recruiting, where he focused on placing legal personnel at leading national firms. With a career spanning recruiting, training and organizational strategy, Paul plays an integral role in shaping the professional experience for Loeb’s lawyers and supporting the firm’s continued success.
