Arthur Fels

Arthur Fels focuses his practice on complex commercial, business and real estate litigation matters. He has significant experience advising clients in title insurance law, and has represented leading title insurers in issuing and evaluating policies, rendering coverage opinions, and resolving title disputes on behalf of their insureds. 

Earlier in his career, Arthur was claims counsel at Fidelity National Title Group and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, where he analyzed and resolved title insurance claims from insured homeowners and lenders.
