Shu Crittenden

Shu Crittenden is a paralegal engaged in the firm's Finance practice, in which she focuses on assisting attorneys with reviewing and analysing various documentation within the realm of title objections and policy requirements, commercial loans, acquisitions and sales. Shu’s experience includes reviewing purchase agreements, contracts and leases and drafting closing documents. Additionally, she has assisted in the formation, registration, dissolution, merger and maintenance of business entities.

Shu is also a Certified Notary for the State of California.
