Laura Carver maintains a diverse litigation practice with a focus on complex commercial litigation, representing clients in both state and federal courts as well as in arbitration. She supports litigation matters from early case development through trial preparation. Her work includes developing case strategies, drafting memoranda, preparing pre-trial materials and managing discovery to streamline proceedings and facilitate favorable settlements. In addition, Laura brings experience representing unions and workers before the National Labor Relations Board and the California Public Employee Relations Board, and litigating free speech, wage and hour and employment discrimination matters.
