Tarin Bross concentrates his practice on estate and transfer tax planning for high net worth individuals, families, and closely-held businesses and on the administration of estates and trusts. He also has experience in the areas of charitable giving and tax-exempt organizations.
In the estate and transfer tax planning arena, our team focuses on assisting clients with the retention and disposition of their wealth and belongings. Effective planning is fundamentally based on the principles of private property and decision-making. We assist our clients with asserting their individual rights against the State by helping them minimize excessive transfer and death taxes and navigate or avoid ineffective courts and administrative agencies. At heart, our practice emphasizes liberty, free will, and the civil society over coercion, futility, and government.
Tarin is a member of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies and supports platforms and communities focused on sharing and generating ideas and information concerning Americanism.
