Loeb Partner Channing Johnson Named to the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association’s Hall of Fame

Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce that Channing Johnson, a Corporate partner and co-chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee, has been named a Hall of Fame inductee by the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association (BESLA) for 2026. This year's induction ceremony will take place during the annual BESLA Conference, which will be held from Oct. 28, 2026, through Nov. 1 in Punta de Mita, Mexico. 

Now in its 46th year, the annual BESLA Conference brings together lawyers, executives and emerging leaders from across the entertainment, sports and media industries to engage on industry trends, develop professional connections and celebrate achievement within the profession. The conference provides a forum for thought leadership, networking and recognition of excellence in the legal profession. 

Founded in 1980, BESLA is dedicated to supporting the advancement of lawyers and other professionals in the entertainment and sports industries. Through its longstanding commitment to mentorship, advocacy and professional growth, the organization has helped cultivate generations of leaders and create pathways for greater opportunity and inclusion within the profession.
