Loeb Represents China SXT Pharmaceuticals in At-the-Market Offering

Loeb & Loeb represented China SXT Pharmaceuticals, Inc., an innovative pharmaceutical company focusing on the research, development, manufacture, marketing and sales of traditional Chinese medicine pieces, in connection with its entry into an at‑the‑market offering program pursuant to a sales agreement with Univest Securities, LLC.

Under the sales agreement, China SXT Pharmaceuticals may, from time to time, offer and sell up to $100 million of its Class A ordinary shares through Univest Securities, acting as sales agent and/or principal, in transactions that qualify as “at‑the‑market offerings” under Rule 415 of the Securities Act of 1933. Sales of the Class A ordinary shares may be effected through the Nasdaq Capital Market or other existing trading markets, including sales made directly to or through a market maker.
