Loeb & Loeb is proud to announce that the firm has been selected for inclusion in the 2026 “The Best Places to Work in the Music Industry” list by Women in Music (WIM). Now in its second year, the list spotlights leading music industry workplaces as rated anonymously by their women employees.
WIM’s list evaluates how effectively companies meet the needs and expectations of women in their workforce compared to peer organizations. The list applies the five metrics below to assess workplace culture and overall support:
- Opportunity
- Schedule and Flexibility
- Enrichment
- Family
- Culture
To compile the “Best Places to Work in the Music Industry” list, WIM partnered with InHerSight to capture and evaluate insights into workplace culture and the career, work and life priorities shaping women’s experiences. The rankings are based on anonymous survey responses and ratings submitted directly by women employees at participating organizations. This aggregated feedback is then used to benchmark employers across the industry and spotlight those setting the standard for more supportive, inclusive and high-performing workplaces for women in the music industry. Loeb & Loeb’s results reflect 185 data points from current and former employees.
In addition, Loeb was ranked among the top five law firms on WIM’s “The 17 Best Law Practice Companies to Work For” list, reflecting its continued commitment to supporting and advancing women across the organization.
