Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce that Cassie Vertovec has joined the firm as Chief Practice Management Officer, a newly created role that underscores Loeb’s commitment to advancing operational excellence and continuing to deliver exceptional client service.

Vertovec brings nearly two decades of experience building and leading practice management functions at four Am Law 100 firms. A recognized thought leader in the legal operations community, she partners with lawyers and business professionals to drive strategic initiatives, improve productivity and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Vertovec’s extensive background includes roles at Seyfarth Shaw, Venable, Paul Hastings and Barnes & Thornburg, where she led initiatives spanning practice management, legal project management, pricing, data analytics, innovation and change management. She is an active contributor to industry organizations such as the Legal Value Network and has been recognized as an Innovator of the Year by ILTA. Vertovec earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Valparaiso University.
